Inaugural taco, margarita festival to debut in Glendale

The inaugural Arizona Taco & Margarita Festival will make its way to Glendale.

The new one-day event takes place from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 11 at The Great Lawn at Sportsman’s Park, 9591 W. Sportsman Park North, Glendale, next to State Farm Stadium. The big party is open to the public and will feature dozens of local restaurants, food trucks and carts serving up a variety of tacos and related food items.

There will be bars and beverage stations serving margaritas, tequila, beer and non-alcoholic drinks. The event will feature live music, kids activities and more.

General admission is $10, and VIP tickets are $49.99, which includes two drinks, early entry, a separate VIP area, and a T-shirt. Kids 12 and under are free.

Drinks and food sold separately.
