Circumstances of Disappearance: Timothy resided in Glendale. He was in the process of moving to Florida. Timothy was last seen and assisted by an apartment complex security guard in Beaumont, Texas, when the U-Haul trailer got stuck in a ditch. The U-Haul was left behind and he did not return for it. Timothy’s vehicle is also missing and is described as a silver blue 1999 Plymouth Voyager Van with AZ Lic# 161TTM. He may have a female German Shepherd with him. Timothy may have a medical condition and may need medication.

Has a tattoo approximately 4” of a “dragon” outlined in black on left chest area.

He was working on his vehicle in front of the residence when four Hispanic males wearing bandannas on their faces, dark shirts, and camouflage pants approached him. They began to hit Jose until he fell to the ground. The individuals then put Jose in his purple 1999 Ford Expedition and drove away. Jose’s Ford Expedition was later located abandoned the same day at 8900 S. 14th St. in Phoenix. The vehicle’s interior had been set on fire.
