Glendale’s ACU earns top 3 ranking among Arizona colleges

Arizona Christian University, in Glendale, came in as the No. 3-ranked college or university in Arizona, according to a new study.

To help college-bound seniors make informed school choices, the personal-finance website WalletHub compared more than 1,000 higher-education institutions in the U.S. The study was based on 30 key measures grouped into seven categories, such as Student Selectivity, Cost & Financing and Career Outcomes.

The data set ranges from student-faculty ratio to graduation rate to post-attendance median salary.

With tuition and room and board at a four-year college costing between $27,000 and $55,000 per year, WalletHub on Oct. 18 released its 2022’s Best College & University Rankings report.

Arizona Christian, at 1 W. Firestorm Way, came in just behind the University of Arizona and Arizona State University.

ACU came in first in Arizona in two categories: admission rate and student-faculty ratio.
