Glendale to host Point of Pride summit in June

Presentations, workshops to feature policies, issues facing LGBTQ+ community

Business leaders from across the state will convene in Glendale in June to attend the Point of Pride summit hosted by ONE Community.

The event will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Midwestern University, 19555 N. 59th Ave., and features in-depth presentations and workshops. Learn about existing policies and issues facing Arizona’s LGBTQ+ community, and get actionable tips for creating a more inclusive work environment.

Pride Month is celebrated annually in June to honor the 1969 Stonewall riots, and works to achieve equal justice and equal opportunity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning Americans.

Sessions at the Glendale summit include:
