The Glendale Foothills Recreation & Aquatics Center will be celebrating Halloween in late October.

The complex, at 5600 W. Union Hills Drive, will host its annual Halloween community event from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28. Look for a costume walk, carnival games, candy and more.

“Our Halloween event is perfect for the entire family,” Dean Kinnoin, city of Glendale senior recreation coordinator, shared in a news release. “This fun night out provides a safe trick-or-treating experience, arts and crafts and a bounce house, while also providing a chance to get out in your community to meet your fellow neighbors.”

This annual event is open to the public and takes place the Friday before Halloween. Participants can join in carnival games, contests, face painting, balloon animals, slides, and enjoy a DJ with live entertainment.

Early registration is suggested and is available online here.

Tickets will also be sold the night of the event with admission set at $4 per child 11 years of age or younger. All adults are free but are required to supervise their children for the entirety of the event.
