The City of Glendale announces eight $4,000 arts & cultural project funding opportunities open to Arizona artists, artist teams, arts organizations and schools.

Projects/activities must take place within Glendale city limits between Saturday, May 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022.

Glendale is committed to diversity, equity and fostering mutual respect for all individuals and groups by creating opportunities for empowered participation and inclusion.

In recognition of the recent sociocultural movement to ensure equity, unity and mutual respect, the Glendale Arts Commission in partnership with the Glendale Human Relations Commission has created a new arts grant program titled “We Are One.”

The goal of this grant program is to challenge artists inspired by the recent social movement to give voices to all; to celebrate and highlight multiculturalism and inclusiveness; and to find creative ways to promote a spirit of unity and dialog through artistic expression.

Deadline for applications is Monday, March 15 at 11:59 p.m. Click here for complete guidelines and to apply online.
