Travis Azevedo, a Glendale Firefighter and Local 493 Member for 4 and 1/2 years, managed Glendale Firefighters’ toy drive during Christmas, which benefited more than 400 children and 200 local families.

He is a husband, mentor, wrestling coach, charities member and in a few months also a father.

This year’s event was challenging and near impossible to coordinate while adhering to social distancing and COVID precautions, Local 493 stated. Members volunteered countless hours.
