City of Glendale offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 17 in observance of Presidents' Day, but residents will be able to access many services.
Bus and streetcar services will run on a regular schedule. However, there will be no Express/RAPID bus service on Presidents Day. The Glendale MicroTransit (Dial-A-Ride) office will be closed on the holiday.
Passengers who want to take a Dial-A-Ride vehicle on Feb. 17 must make reservations by Feb. 12. ADA service will not be affected by Presidents Day. Glendale Urban Shuttle routes 2 and 3 will not operate Feb. 17 but GUS route 1 will operate on a regular schedule on the holiday.

Residential garbage, recycling and bulk trash collection will take place on a normal schedule on Feb. 17. However, the Glendale Municipal Landfill will be closed to the public.

Glendale’s recreation and community centers will be closed on Presidents Day, as will the city’s libraries. Visit Glendale administrative offices and visitor center will be closed.
The Glendale Regional Airport administrative building will be closed on Presidents Day, but the airport itself will be open, as it is every day. Its terminal building will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Feb. 17.
