Glendale black business owner coalition showcases vendors

In celebration of Black History Month, The Black Business Owners Coalition of Glendale will host its third annual Vendors Extravaganza from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23 at Rose Lane Park, 5003 W. Marlette Ave., Glendale.

This free event entitled “Experience the Culture. Witness the Collaboration. Tap into the Community” will showcase not only a vast array of business categories but also the myriad of business owners that own and operate these businesses.

It is a family-friendly cultural event will include activities for kids and booths for military organizations, employers, wealth and investment specialists, jewlery, apparel companies, housing related businesses, beauty products, health and wellness companies and legal services.

Food trucks will provide cajun dishes, soul food, barbecue and beverages.
