The 6th Annual Desert Fanatics Veterans Flag Run starts 9 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 3 at Gila River Arena, 9400 W. Maryland Ave.

To show respect to veterans, participants will mount flags to their trucks and convoy around the city. After the convoy, participants are invited to join back in parking Lot G for a charity fundraiser, which will include music, food, and raffle prizes.

All proceeds will go to Vetdrenaline, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that puts veterans through a mental and physical health program to battle PTSD and other issues they may be facing while using various forms of motorsports as a reward for completion of the program.

US, POW/MIA, State, Unit, DoD, Gadsden flags are permitted.

Free admission.

The National Anthem opens the proceedings 9 a.m. followed by the charity event 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
