Fazoli's return highlights Glendale business moves

These new Glendale businesses opened during the summer:
Now Open
To begin July, 3D Sports Cards completed its move from Phoenix down the street to 5350 W. Bell Road, Suite 101 in Glendale. The store boasts of more than three million cards, from all major sports, as well as wrestling. The shop caters to the novice as well as advanced collector.
Fazoli’s is back and had its grand opening at 5825 W. Peoria Ave., in Glendale. The quick-service Italian restaurant chain is expanding operations in the Valley, with nine stores planned in all.
Earlier this summer, Kidfinity Pediatrics opened at 20221 N. 67th Ave., Suite E3, Glendale. The lead pediatrician is Dr. Devika Malhotra, a board-certified pediatrician with more than a decade of experience in caring for children. Kidfinity Pediatrics is now a part of the Phoenix Children’s Care Network.
Puer Taiwan Tea & Coffee recently had a soft opening on July 14 for its new location at 5122 N. 95th Ave., Suite 110 in Glendale. The store features coffee, pure tea, fresh fruits, with original taste of Taiwanese milk tea and flavor signatures of Vietnamese sandwiches — Banh Mi.
In mid-July, Verlo Matress opened its Glendale location at 5729 W. Bell Road. This Wisconsin-based company began in 1958.
Ribbon Cutting
The new Phoenix Children’s Hospital - Arrowhead Campus celebrated its ribbon cutting ceremony July 27 with the Glendale Chamber of Commerce. This three-story, 180,000-square-foot freestanding hospital campus is opening to patients in August. Phoenix Children’s opened a 45,000-square-foot specialty clinic at 18701 N. 67th Ave., Glendale.
