Crews extinguish garage fire in north Glendale

North Glendale residents had their house saved Sunday when Glendale fire crews extinguished a garage fire to stop it from spreading to the rest of their house.

No one was injured in the fire near 75th Avenue and Loop 101; one person will be displaced. The garage was badly damaged and a car in the garage was destroyed.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
