Cardinals to allow 4,200 fans for next 2 home games in Glendale

Season-ticket seniority list will still dictate available tickets

The Cardinals will have fans for their next home game  when the Miami Dolphins come to town Sunday, Nov. 8, the team announced Thursday.

According to Darren Urban with the Cardinals, the Arizona Department of Health Services is allowing the team to host 4,200 spectators when they host the Dolphins at State Farm Stadium, 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale. The team also is allowed to have the same amount of fans for the Nov. 15 home game against the Buffalo Bills.

As with the Seattle home game this past Oct. 25, seats will be available only to season-ticket members, chosen through account seniority. Availability on the seniority list will begin where the team left off after the Seattle game. Accounts that purchased tickets for the Seahawks game will have an opportunity again to buy tickets once all other accounts have had their turn, Mr. Urban reported.

Fans will have the option to buy two tickets to either the Dolphins game or the Bills game but not both, in order to accommodate the greatest number of fans. Fans will be contacted by email with details.

Masks for fans inside the Glendale stadium are mandatory, and failure to comply will result in ejection. Tickets and parking are 100%  digital, and concessions are also a contactless experience.

Decisions about fans attending home games beyond Nov. 15 will be determined and announced at a later date.

The Cardinals have a bye this week. Following the two home games against Miami and Buffalo, the team will be on the road for two straight, at Seattle and then New England.

The Cardinals were allowed about 750 spectators for the Sept. 27 home game against the Lions, the spots of which were filled by family and close family friends of players, coaches and staff. That allowed for the testing of State Farm Stadium operations and COVID-19 protocols.

For the recent Seahawks game, that number was increased to 1,200.
