Sales of homes start in new San Tan community

Posted

The grand opening and sales launch of Soleo, a new planned community in San Tan Valley by Tri Pointe Homes is underway.

Soleo is on 252 acres and as many as 1,435 homes are expected to up by the community’s completion. The first phase of Soleo will include 662 homesites across four gated communities — Arietta, Luna, Molino and Revana.

“Located in Pinal County, one of the nation’s fastest-growing counties from 2022-2023, Soleo is poised to support this impressive growth trajectory with new homes that meet the evolving lifestyle needs of San Tan Valley residents,” Tri Pointe Homes Arizona Division President James Attwood stated in a press release.

Tri Pointe’s homes at Soleo are anticipated to range from approximately 2,050 to 4,034 square feet, featuring three to five bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 baths, and two-to-four-bay garages. Pricing starts from the mid $400,000s.

The Arietta neighborhood is near the community’s planned 1.8-mile fitness loop and offers a collection of four single- and two-story floor plans on homesites of approximately 5,760 square feet. Homes are planned to range from 2,050 to 2,778 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 baths, and two to three bay garages. The homes feature covered outdoor living areas, flex spaces and upstairs lofts. The neighborhood’s future pocket park will have turf lawns and play structures.

The Luna neighborhood is centrally located near Soleo’s Grand Park and offers homesites of approximately 6,875 square feet with floor plans ranging from 2,328 to 3,802 square feet. The homes feature three to five bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 baths, and three to four bay garages. One of two planned neighborhood pocket parks will have a tree grove and boulders for play and the other will have a rose garden.

The Molino neighborhood offers single- and two-story homes on sites of approximately 7,500 square feet. Floorplans range from 2,519 to 3,973 square feet, offering three to five bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 baths, and three bay garages. The planned neighborhood pocket park will feature string lights, bocce ball and picnic tables. The neighborhood will be located near Soleo’s main entrance on Kenworthy Road.

The Revana neighborhood sits on the northern edge of Grand Park and offers single- and two-story homes with floorplans ranging from 2,855 to 4,034 square feet. Homes feature four to five bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 baths, and three to four bay garages. The neighborhood’s rose garden pocket park will have turf lawns and an arbor.

The Grand Park  is expected to span 15 acres and offer a variety of recreational opportunities, including a 2-acre lake for kayaking, sports fields, ziplining and a boulder climbing wall. The park will also feature three fitness loops, 13 pocket parks and a central pavilion with swimming pools.

Soleo is located near major transportation routes such as Ironwood Road, Loop 202 and the new State Route 24 connection, providing access to shopping, dining, parks, and employment centers. High-tech, financial and medical companies in Chandler are near, along with local attractions such as the Queen Creek Olive Mill and Schnepf Farms.
