Pinal County man poses 'imminent threat' to children: Sheriff
Posted
INDEPENDENT NEWSMEDIA
The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man authorities said poses an “imminent and dangerous threat to children.”
The PCSO Internet Crimes Against Children unit received an “emergency report” June 1 involving James Ibach, 39, regarding a case of sexual exploitation of children, officials said.
A search warrant was executed on Ibach’s home in Arizona City, and PCSO detectives said they found devices owned by Ibach "containing hundreds of child sexual abuse material."
“Ibach was tipped off to the nature of our investigation by those close to him and had left the residence prior to PCSO arrival,” the sheriff’s office Twitter account stated.
Officials advise anyone who sees the suspect not to contact or approach him but to call PCSO at 520-866-5111.
