Federal government recognized 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) organizations can apply by Friday for the Pinal County Board of Supervisors nonprofit contribution reimbursement program
The Pinal County Board of Supervisors supports the efforts of all nonprofits throughout Pinal County. Support is provided through partnerships, advocacy, financial resources and support as a financial pass-through agency, according to the website.
Each year, the Pinal County Board of Supervisors aims to provide funding through the General Fund to eligible organizations whose projects align with the county’s strategic goals. Projects and organizations should contribute to the county’s cultural, social and economic vitality by addressing a community need and promoting benefits to the general public as opposed to a special interest or persons, the website states.
This program does not have an annual guarantee, and aspects of this program may be subject to change, it states.
Contributions may be made to any governmental agency or to a nonprofit corporation that enjoys and maintains federal tax-exempt status as long as all monies are utilized for the purpose determined to be public by the board.
