Florence residents can adopt a Main Street flower box

Want to enhance the appearance of Historic Main Street?
Florence residents 18 years or older can now Adopt a Main Street Flower Box. Volunteers are expected to maintain the adopted flower box for a one-year period and agree to supply flowers/plants, water, fertilizer and, when necessary plant new flowers or plants.
Contact the Adopt a Flower Box coordinator to confirm that the desired box is available, complete the application and waiver form on-line or mail to:

Once the application is approved, maintenance can begin. Volunteers will receive recognition for their adoption, and signs will be installed on the adopted flower boxes within 30 days of the approved application and will remain in place for the designated adoption period of one year.
