Florence readies for big fall events

The town of Florence is now accepting registrations from businesses, organizations and individuals who would like to take part in Fright Fest 2024 and the 92nd Annual Junior Parada Parade this fall.

As summer winds down the town of Florence is gearing up for its top fall events.
Florence has announced that Fright Fest 2024 is set for Thursday, Oct. 31.
The annual free event is held on Historic Downtown Main Street and features trunk or treat spaces where kids can get candy, costume contests for children and adults, and more.
Those interested in hosting a trunk or space can register as a business/organization or individual/family.
The deadline to register for a trunk or space at Fright Fest 2024 is Sunday, Oct. 13.
Florence’s next big fall event takes place in November.
The 92nd Annual Junior Parada Parade is set for Saturday, Nov. 30.
This parade celebrates Florence's Western heritage and showcases numerous riders and a variety of floats as they wind their way through Historic Downtown.
The town is seeking equestrian entries, royal courts, marching bands, bands, family entries and organizations. If you would like to participate in the parade visit https://bit.ly/3RH7pVE.
