The Florence Farmers market has set its September dates.
On Saturday. Sept. 14 and 28, the Florence Farmers Market takes place from 8 a.m. to noon at the McFarland State Historic Park, 24 W. Ruggles Street.
The Farmers Market, held by the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce, allows residents to shop locally. The market features local organic produce and artisan crafts.
According to the chamber, there are dozens of items of items you can choose from at the Florence Farmers Market, including:
Artisan breads
Mesquite and wildflower honey
Olive oil
Leather purses and key chains
American flags
Books about Florence and Arizona
Artwork inspired by the Southwest
Goat's milk soap
Turquoise and silver jewelry
The Florence Farmers Market takes place every second and fourth Saturday of the month.
