Town of Florence employees who served in the armed services were honored at a special ceremony on Friday.

Town of Florence employees who have served in the nation’s armed forces were honored at a special ceremony on Friday to commemorate Veterans Day.
“Colleagues joined at Veterans Plaza to show respect and gratitude for their dedication, strength and sacrifice, with inspiring remarks from Town Manager Bruce Walls, a veteran himself,” according to a Facebook post.
The following employees were recognized:

Robert Anderson – Fire, U.S. Army and National Guard
Don Campbell – Police, U.S. Navy
Daniel Cisco – Public Works, U.S. Navy
Jennifer Evans – Administration, U.S. Navy and Navy Reserves
