Domestic violence and burglary reported by Florence Police

Disorderly conduct, reported at 10:33 a.m. May 2 at North Hunt Highway
Officer was dispatched to a report of a male subject disturbing customers and appeared to be drinking alcohol. The subject was issued a criminal citation for consuming alcohol in public.
Domestic violence reported at 12:24 p.m. on May 3 at South Highway 79B
Officer was dispatched to a report of an assault not in progress. Officer conducted an investigation with parties involved. A female subject was arrested and booked into Pinal County Jail for assault.
Domestic violence reported at 1:55 p.m. May 5 at East Florence Heights Drive
Officer was dispatched to a threatening call. Reporting party advised she was in an argument with her boyfriend, and he had left her threatening messages. Officer later made contact with the other party. He was issued a criminal citation for threatening.
Burglary reported at 7:19 May 5 at South Main Street
Officer was dispatched to a report of a burglary. Reporting party advised the sometime between March and May an unknown person had broken into the building. Reporting party stated it did not appear as though anything was taken at the time of the report. Case is still under investigation.
