Dance performance coming to Avondale

Performing Arts Center to host Dancing Across the Valley

Estrella Mountain Community College’s Arts & Composition Division will host Dancing Across the Valley 2020, a performance event featuring Ballet Arizona professional and studio company dancers and EMCC dance students 1-4 p.m. Saturday, March 21 at EMCC Performing Arts Center Main Stage, 3000 N. Dysart Road, Avondale.

DancEstrella will perform Metamorphosis, choreographed by Ballet Arizona company member Colleen Buckley during an inclusive residency leading up to the performances. Audience members will also have the opportunity to participate in a brief question and answer discussion with dancers and event organizers at the end of the show.

Tickets are $10 general admission and free to Maricopa students with ID. Tickets only available at the door.
