The Arizona Department of Health Services reported the number of COVID-19 cases in Goodyear was 2,506 as of Sunday, Aug. 9, a 5.51% increase over last Sunday and a 0.32% increase over Saturday.
The agency said more than 90% of cases were mapped to the address of the patient’s residence:
