Posted

Chandler’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Division has scheduled its second Women’s Empowerment Luncheon for March and encourages women who live, work or volunteer in the city to attend.

The free event will be from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, March 8 - International Women's Day - at Soho63, 63 E. Boston St.

This year's program features Maisha Christian, owner and head coach at Beauty & the Boss, as the keynote speaker.

“Christian will look at examples and benefits of building real-world connections and present a framework to help attendees engage in real connections that will serve their personal life and professional goals,” a release promoting the event stated

Following the keynote, a panel will discuss and reflect on their experiences in their personal and professional lives.

Seating is limited, and registration is required. Priority will be given to those who live, volunteer or are employed within  Chandler.
