Here are some photos not yet published of Chandler-area athletes at the AIA State Track and Field Championships, held last month in Mesa. 

Hamilton took first place in girls' team scores,  just ahead of runner-up Chandler High, 55 points to 52. The Basha girls placed 12th. 

On the boys side, Chandler High was the runner-up there as well, by the narrowest of margins. Queen Creek placed first with 43 points to the Wolves' 42.

The Hamilton boys tied wtih Salpointe Catholic for 11th place with 20 points..
