Fulton Homes recently honored a longtime music educator who teaches at Arizona College Prep High School.
Dr. Nicholas Ross, a violinist and a teacher at Arizona College Prep High School as one of the latest recipients of the Fulton Homes School Salute.
He’s recognized for his exceptional contributions to music education and the positive impact he has on his students within the Chandler Unified School District, according to a news release.
To celebrate his achievement, Ross was surprised with a giant, oversized symbolic check for $1,000 from Fulton Homes and was greeted by BIG 94.5 FM personality Nicko on Jan. 24 in his classroom.
According to his nominators, Ross is highly regarded by his fellow teachers and by students. One co-worker noted, “He is a great teacher who gets his students to be the best! And he conducted a phenomenal winter program.”
Another nominator said “Dr. Ross is a fantastic instructor and has made a wonderful impact on our school’s music program in a very short period of time.”
