Chandler: Closures, special hours for MLK Day weekend

The city of Chandler has announced service closures and special hours for the Martin Luther King, Jr./Civil Rights holiday, Monday, Jan. 20 and/or parts of the weekend. All four Chandler Public Libraries will be closed Monday, Jan. 20.
The city of Chandler has announced service closures and special hours for the Martin Luther King, Jr./Civil Rights holiday, Monday, Jan. 20.
City administrative offices will be closed.
Trash and recycling will be collected.
The Recycling-Solid Waste Collection Center will be closed.
Chandler Tennis Center will be open regular hours, 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Tumbleweed Recreation Center will be open holiday hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Chandler Nature Center, Snedigar Recreation Center, Senior Center and downtown Community Center will be closed.
Chandler Public Libraries (Downtown, Basha, Hamilton and Sunset) will be closed.
The Chandler Museum will be closed.
The Center for the Arts box office and the Art Gallery will be closed.
The Vision Gallery will be closed on Monday, and will also be closed Saturday, Jan. 18.
No lap swimming sessions will be held at Nozomi, Desert Oasis, Hamilton or Mesquite Groves aquatic centers. All other aquatic centers and pools are closed for the season.
