Best Friends shelter partner Maricopa Animal Care and Control will bring nearly 20 pets looking for love to the Chandler Walmart Supercenter at 1175 S. Arizona Avenue, between Pecos Road and Loop 202, according to a news release.
All pet adoption fees will be waived at the event.
To provide attendees with an immersive experience to meet potential new family members, event spaces will be specially designed with furniture, turfed yards and home decor. The event will also feature giveaways and sampling opportunities from pet brands and new adopters will take home goodie bags filled with essential products.
