Landsea Homes Corp. has opened model homes at its new community, Marketside Tercera at Verado in Buckeye.
The publicly traded residential homebuilder said in a news release it will begin offering tours by appointment only on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Any interested homebuyers will gain the first access to these designer-furnished model homes and explore everything the brand-new neighborhood has to offer.
“Marketside Tercera at Verrado is a wonderful new community that we are excited to share with homebuyers. Residents will enjoy a truly resort-inspired lifestyle, with endless amenities, beautiful homes, curbside appeal, and a vibrant Main Street that includes a burgeoning dining and shopping scene,” said Todd Condon, vice president of sales and marketing for the Arizona division of Landsea Homes, said in a statement.
With resort-style amenities including a clubhouse and pool, prices start at $309,000. The community offers four different floor plans:
Belleza: An open-design floorplan with an Arizona room, two-car garage, and gourmet kitchen with large center island. This floorplan comes with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,387 square feet of space.
Inspirada: Enjoy an open first-floor living space and a second-floor loft. This floorplan includes three to four bedrooms, two-and-one-half bathrooms and a two-car garage and 1,819 square feet of space.
Encantadora: This floorplan consists offour spacious bedrooms, two-and-one-half bathrooms, a two-car garage and an Arizona room in 2,065 square feet of space.
Contena: The largest of the floorplans, Contena offers four to six bedrooms, two-and-one-half to three bathrooms and a two-car garage plus the option between the Arizona room, loft or flex room. These homes are 2,325 square feet.
