The Fitness in the Park program returns Jan. 16 at Sundance Park and Tartesso Sports Park, with free exercise classes Monday through Thursday, 6:30 p.m.
Certified instructors lead free group workouts and are motivated to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Classes are:
Thursday: Commit Dance Fitness
Tartesso Sports Park
Monday: High/Yo Fitness
Commit Dance Fitness, features the high intensity interval training influenced dance fitness workout.
Each routine focuses on essential fitness elements created to a variety of popular music.
