The popular Fitness in the Park program returns Jan. 16 with free exercise classes Monday through Thursday, 6:30 p.m. at Sundance Park and Tartesso Sports Park.

Popular Fitness in the Park program returns Jan. 16

The  Fitness in the Park program returns Jan. 16  at Sundance Park and Tartesso Sports Park, with free exercise classes Monday through Thursday, 6:30 p.m.

Certified instructors lead free group workouts and are motivated to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Classes are:

Sundance Park

Monday: Yoga
Tuesday:
Zumba
Wednesday:
High/Yo Fitness

Thursday: Commit Dance Fitness

Tartesso Sports Park

Monday: High/Yo Fitness
Wednesday:
Commit Dance Fitness

Thursday: Zumba

Commit Dance Fitness,  features the high intensity interval training influenced dance fitness workout.

Each routine focuses on essential fitness elements created to a variety of popular music.
