Zao Theatre’s production of Disney's "Beauty and the Beast," which has played to nearly full houses every show, ends its run on Saturday, Nov. 23.

Show times are 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and a 2 p.m. Friday matinee. Zao Theatre is at 550 S. Ironwood Drive in Apache Junction.

Zao Theatre offers 'Beauty and the Beast' through Saturday

"Beauty and the Beast" is a stage adaptation of the Academy-Award winning animated feature that has enthralled Broadway audiences for over 14 years, according to  a release.

This fun and family friendly musical tale, brings to life the timeless story of a selfish and hot tempered prince who is turned into a hideous monster and must win the affection of a beautiful, young girl in order to regain his humanity, the release states.
