Wells Fargo Bank sells Mesa office property for $4M

Editor's Note: A previous version of this story misidentified where Caliber Companies is based. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

On behalf of Wells Fargo Bank, Eric Wichterman, Mike Coover and Mark McGranahan of Cushman & Wakefield closed the sale of 305 E. Main St. in Mesa.

Scottsdale-based Caliber Companies purchased the property for $4 million.

The 50,018-square-foot office property is at the center of the historical district of downtown Mesa, on the southwest corner of Main Street and Mesa Drive, and fronts along the Metro Light Rail, according to a release.

Constructed in 1985, the property is 20% occupied by Wells Fargo Bank, which will remain on the entire ground floor, the release states.

“Wells Fargo’s departure from the majority of this facility presented a superb and rare value --- add play within an opportunity zone. Interest in the asset was brisk and we congratulate Caliber Companies on executing flawlessly and coming out on top," Mr. Wichterman said in the release.
