US60 Superstition Freeway lane closures begin Aug. 5

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan ahead for weeknight travel delays on U.S. Highway 60 Superstition Freeway in Tempe/Mesa while alternating lane closures are in place for pavement maintenance.
The following restrictions will be in place from 9 p.m. each night until 4 a.m. the next morning:
Eastbound US60 between Loop 101 and Country Club Drive will be narrowed to one or two lanes Thursday, Aug. 5, and Thursday, Aug. 12.
Westbound US60 between Country Club Drive and Loop 101 will be narrowed to one or two lanes Thursday, Aug. 19, and Thursday, Aug. 26.
Westbound US60 between Loop 101 and Hardy Drive will be narrowed to one or two lanes Thursday, Sept. 2, and Thursday, Sept. 16.
Eastbound US60 between Hardy Drive and Loop 101 will be narrowed to one or two lanes Thursday, Sept. 16, and Thursday, Sept. 23.
ADOT advises drivers to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while work is underway.
