Reveles: Arizona Supreme Court continues to diminish trust
Posted
By Roberto Reveles | Gold Canyon
The evidence the Supreme Court says is missing are the 68,000 ballots the counties had not yet processed by the Sunday deadline.
How can the Court be so blind to the fact that problematic ballots can’t be cured if problematic ballots have not been identified by the counties?
The rush for instant gratification for a final vote tally should not be legally sanctioned by an inadequate curing time.
Accuracy and respect for giving all ballots, including cured ballots, equal value even by the Republican-packed court of former Gov. Doug Ducey.
Arizona’s Supreme Court continues to diminish trust in our Constitutional representative democratic republic.
