Mesa Polar Express experience back for 2 weekends in December

The Polar Express is arriving in Mesa this holiday season.

Families can hop on the Polar Express at the Mesa Drive/Main Street light rail platform in Mesa for an enchanting experience, according to a release.

Children will hear the story of the Polar Express and get a visit from Santa. Enjoy the festivities surrounding the local Polar Express experience 6-10 p.m. Dec. 10-11 and 17-18.

The Main Street/Mesa Drive Park-and-Ride will be filled with holiday excitement too. Performances, marketplace vendors and family fun activities will take place for an immersive winter wonderland atmosphere for everyone, from young to the young-at-heart. Canned and non-perishable food donations to United Food Bank are encouraged, but not required for this fun and free event.
