What we do: Keystone Homes has been in the valley building quality-crafted communities for over 30 years. This past year we opened our first for-lease community under the brand of Havenly Communities. The Havenly Fountain Hills has been a welcome addition to the town of Fountain Hills and the interest from the residents gives us great excitement to bring another Havenly community to the city of Apache Junction.
What will be constructed at The Havenly Superstition on the southwest corner of Superstition Boulevard and Royal Palm Road: This community will have 166 single-family homes when construction is completed and will be leased in phases so that people can start enjoying their new homes as early as the first of 2024. Initial release will be 50 homes along with the clubhouse/fitness center which will also house our leasing office. Property will be managed by Cushman & Wakefield.
What I like most about doing business here: We are considered a part of the downtown district which is currently being updated and we’re very proud to be a part of this revitalization offering a new lifestyle/living choice. We are ultimately proud to be a part of the growth of the town of Apache Junction.
