Free resident’s guide to heat safety webinar offered by city of Mesa

Prepare for the high temperatures with a 1:30-2:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, free webinar hosted by the city of Mesa’s community engagement team that features experts from Mesa Fire and Medical Department and the Office of Homeless Solutions.

In the 60-minute webinar, you will learn:

  • How to identify the symptoms of heat-related illness and how to help
  • How to prevent heat-related illness and reduce heat exposure
  • What resources are available in Mesa to mitigate and prevent risks associated with heat exposure

Resident’s Guide to Mesa combines in-person classes, webinars, on-demand videos and downloadable resources to walk residents through the programs and services the city offers to its residents.
