The Pinal County Historical Museum has quite an offer for barbecue lovers.

The museum is holding a "Cooking with the Pitmasters" silent auction in which the winner will get a meal for up to 10 people from Your Behind BBQ Birds and Bones. All the proceeds will go toward supporting the nonprofit museum.

“(Your Behind BBQ Birds and Bones owners" Kyle and Justin (Mataszewski) will personally tend to you and your guests with tips and techniques for their award-winning barbecue,” according to the PCHM Facebook post.

The meal includes appetizers, barbecue meats, dessert and beverages.

The winner will be the highest bidder when the auction closes at 5 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 31. If the winning bidder does not claim the prize within 24 hours from when the museum reaches out to them via Facebook, the next highest bidder gets the meal.

For those interested in bidding, follow these instructions:

  • The minimum bid is $500 and bidding increments are $25
  • Comment on the museum’s “Cooking with the Pitmasters” Facebook post to bid. You must comment on this original post for your bid to be counted.
  • You must create a new comment when placing a bid. Any bids that are not in a new comment will not be counted.
  • To check your progress, filter the comments on the item you are interested in by “newest” instead of “most relevant.”

If you have any questions, message the Pinal County Historical Museums on Facebook or call 520-868-4382.

Your Behind BBQ Birds and Bones is set to open at 270 N. Main St.
