Eastbound US 60 between McClintock and Country Club drives will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday, March 17, through 5 a.m. Monday, March 20.

The following ramps also will be closed: The Loop 101 ramps to eastbound US60; and the eastbound US60 on-ramps at Mill Avenue and Rural Road.

Nightly lane restrictions planned March 15-16 include:

  • Eastbound US60 between Mesa and Val Vista drives will have nightly lane restrictions from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Wednesday, March 15, through the morning of Friday, March 17.
  • Detours: Drivers can consider using Southern Avenue or Broadway Road to connect with their destinations to the north of US60 and Baseline or Guadalupe roads south of US60.

Upcoming closures:

  • Westbound US60 between Loop 202 and Power Road will be closed from 9 p.m. Friday, March 24, through 5 a.m. Monday, March 27.
The westbound US 60 on-ramp at Ellsworth Road also will be closed.
  • Eastbound US60 between Lindsay Road and Superstition Springs Boulevard will have nightly lane restrictions from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Wednesday, March 22, through the morning of Friday, March 24.

The pavement improvement work along 14 miles of US60 will occur over several months and will require numerous closures. ADOT will continue to provide updates as the work progresses. ADOT advises drivers to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while work is underway.

Schedules are subject to change based on weather and other unforeseen factors. For information, call the ADOT Bilingual Project Information Line at 855-712-8530 or go to azdot.gov/contact and select Projects from the drop-down menu.
