County clerk of the court operating hours changing in Apache Junction

Posted

Effective June 10, the operating hours for the Apache Junction satellite office of the Pinal County Clerk of the Court, 575 N. Idaho Road Suite No. 109, will be adjusted to Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The office will continue to operate from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and close for lunch 12-1 p.m.

Rebecca Padilla is clerk of the court. The office hours are presently 8 a.m.-noon and 1-4:40 p.m. Monday-Friday, according to https://www.coscpinalcountyaz.gov/162/Office-Information.

Operating hours are being adjusted due to the impact and expansion of eFile services made available to the court through the Arizona Judicial Branch. This service allows for attorneys and pro se litigants to have the ability to file electronically in various case types, reducing the need for in-person visits to the Apache Junction satellite location, according to a release.

For information on eFile services or the afterhours drop box, call the office at 520-509-3555 or go to www.coscpinalcountyaz.gov.
