The Apache Junction Police Department is investigating a case of arson involving two new homes under construction near the intersection of Tepee Street and Idaho Road.
The incident occurred on the night of Nov. 19.
No injuries were reported and this appears to be an isolated incident. Detectives are following up on leads received, police said.
Anyone with information or who saw individuals walking in the area that night are asked to contact the Apache Junction Police Department at 480-982-8260. Your assistance could be crucial to this ongoing investigation.
The Gilbert Fire Department, Mesa Fire and Medical Department, Superstition Fire and Medical District and the Mesa Police Department have helped with the incident.
