Apache Lodge No. 69 celebrates 50th anniversary

Apache Lodge No. 69 of the Free and Accepted Masons of Arizona celebrated its 50th anniversary with a special dinner June 10 at the Oriental Lodge in Mesa.
In attendance were masons from the Grand Lodge of Arizona and other lodges from across the state.
Special guests were Apache Junction Mayor Chip Wilson, who spoke briefly to welcome the lodge to Apache Junction — the new lodge building is to be built at South Ironwood Drive and West Broadway Avenue in Apache Junction; and City Councilman Robert Schroeder.
Editor’s note: Master Mason Robert King is a member of Apache Lodge No. 69. He and Master Mason Pablo Rivera are co-chairmen of the community relations committee for the lodge.
