A city-initiated rezoning of 210 N. Ironwood Drive from General Commercial and Recreational Vehicle Park to only General Commercial is to be discussed at the May 26 meeting of the Apache Junction Planning and Zoning Commission.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. and is to be held in the City Council chambers, 300 E. Superstition Blvd.
The commission is also slated to discuss the commission’s preference for reviewing and revising Apache Junction City Code Volume II, Chapter 1: Zoning Ordinance for either a “redline” showing proposed changes or a new document with a matrix correlating the existing code to a draft proposed code.
