AJPD responds to incidents from graffiti to fraud, Jan 3-10

The Apache Junction Police Department took the following incident reports for the week of Jan. 3 through Jan. 10:

  • Shoplifting was reported at 4:40 a.m., Jan. 3 in the 2500 block of west Apache Trail.
  • A DUI misdemeanor was reported on 5:26 a.m., Jan. 3 in the 2600 block of west Apache Trail.
  • A hit and run accident was reported at 6:51 a.m., Jan. 3 in the 400 block of west Foothill Street.
  • A sex offender registered at 7:38 a.m., Jan. 3 in the 900 block of west 5th Avenue.
  • Fraud was reported at 7:47 a.m., Jan. 3 in the 900 block of north Plaza Drive.
    A non-injury accident was reported at 8:16 a.m., Jan. 3 in the area of south Idaho Road and east Old West Highway.
  • A non-injury accident was reported at 2:19 p.m., Jan. 3 in the area of west Broadway Avenue and south Palo Verde Drive.
  • A residential burglary was reported at 3:36 p.m., Jan. 3 in the 400 block of south Ocotillo Drive.
  • Drug paraphernalia was reported at 4:42 p.m., Jan. 3 in the 100 block of east Old West Highway.
  • Drug possession was reported at 11:45 p.m., Jan. 3 in the intersection of west 5th Avenue and south Cornwall Drive.
  • Fraud was reported at 1:12 a.m., Jan. 4 in the 800 block of west Apache Trail.
  • Domestic violence was reported at 1:34 a.m., Jan. 4 in the 900 block of south Royal Palm Road.
  • A DUI misdemeanor was reported at 4:16 a.m., Jan. 4 in the 300 block of east Superstition Boulevard.
  • An accident with injury was reported at 5:42 p.m., Jan. 4 in the area of west Broadway Avenue and south San Marcos Drive.
  • A residential burglary was reported at 7:43 p.m., Jan. 5 in the 1600 block of north Ironwood Drive.
  • Drug possession was reported at 6:44 a.m., Jan. 6 in the 500 block of north Saguaro Drive.
  • Fraud was reported at 10:08 a.m., Jan. 6 in the 1400 block of west Apache Trail.
  • Disorderly conduct was reported at 11:04 a.m., Jan. 6 in the 100 block of west Smoketree Street.
  • Theft was reported at 1:57 p.m., Jan. 6 in the 2500 block of west Apache Trail.
  • Graffiti was reported at 10:12 p.m., Jan. 6 in the 2800 block of west Apache Trail.
  • A stolen vehicle was recovered at 10:36 a.m., Jan. 7 in the 600 block of north Goldfield Road.
  • AJPD assisted another agency with executing a warrant at 11:51 a.m., Jan. 7 in the area of north Plaza Drive and west Superstition Boulevard.
  • Forgery was reported at 1:48 p.m., Jan. 7 in the 1200 block of south Grand Drive.
  • An accident with injury was reported at 2:19 p.m., Jan. 7 in the 100 block of south Goldfield Road.
  • Disorderly conduct was reported at 2:41 p.m., Jan. 7 in the 200 block of south Phelps Drive.
  • Criminal damage was reported at 4 p.m., Jan. 7 in the 3000 block of west Manzanita Street.
  • A non-injury accident was reported at 6:07 p.m., Jan. 7 in the area of north Meridian Drive and west Lost Dutchman Boulevard.
  • Fraud was reported at 6:39 p.m., Jan. 7 in the 200 block of south Phelps Drive.
  • A warrant was executed at 8:30 p.m., Jan. 7 in the 11500 block of east University Drive.
  • A non-injury accident was reported at 6:20 p.m., Jan. 8 in the area of west Lost Dutchman Boulevard and north Ironwood Drive.
  • A bike theft was reported at 2:35 a.m., Jan. 9 in the 900 block of north Delaware Drive.
  • A private property hit and run accident was reported at 7:22 a.m., Jan. 9 in the 200 block of south Phelps Drive.
  • Theft was reported at 8:31 a.m., Jan. 9 in the 2200 block of north Ironwood Drive.
  • Fraud was reported at 3:19 a.m., Jan. 9 in the 100 block of west Apache Trail.
  • Theft was reported at 4:58 p.m., Jan. 9 in the 2500 block of west Apache Trail.
  • An aggravated DUI was reported at 6:28 p.m., Jan. 9 in the 100 block of north Acacia Road.
