Posted
Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, recently announced the sale of a 14.89-acre parcel of land on U.S. Highway 60 southeast of Gold Canyon.
The asset sold for $675,000, according to a release.
Art Rullo, Michael E. Farrar and Ross Smith, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an individual trust.
The buyer, another individual trust, was procured by Rullo, Farrar and Smith.
“The sellers are long-term owners that wanted to take advantage of the valley’s strong land market,” Rullo said in the release. “This transaction moved smoothly from opening of escrow to closing in approximately 45 days.”
