Please be open-minded about other people’s thoughts on the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout history, scientists have been ridiculed and demoralized in their lifetime only to be proven right after their death.
One example, in 1847 Ignaz Semmelweis, who was an obstetrician, published evidence that when doctors washed their hands before examining or treating patients, the mortality rate for women in his birthing ward in Vienna, Austria, was greatly reduced.
Doctors were examining diseased corpses and then tending to women giving birth. He was put in a straight jacket inside an insane asylum, beaten and died two weeks later because his science didn’t agree with the others.
There a many scientists today who have different views regarding COVID-19 treatments. Many are risking their careers by publicly speaking their views.
These are also based on science! If you are open-minded enough, you can read about other scientists who were right but no one wanted to hear what they had to say by doing a simple search in your browser “Scientists whose ideas were rejected during their lifetimes.”
CDC director Dr. Walensky ignored the CDC advisory panel made up of scientists, recommendation against boosters for younger at-risk workers. Dr. Fauci said masks don’t help, then changed his tune to say wearing a mask helps.
So, once again, please don’t act righteous to those who disagree with you. Maybe you could expand your knowledge too.
