John Tully “Jack” Glasman

John of Miami, Oklahoma passed from this life Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at Windridge Nursing and Rehab Center in Miami, Oklahoma. He was 91.
Jack was born March 21, 1929 in Mankato, Minnesota to Orlando J. and Olivia (Landkamer) Glasman. He was a graduate of the University of Iowa. Jack served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
He had lived in Miami for a year moving from Sun City, AZ.
Prior to living in Sun City he had made his home in Galesburg, Illinois for many years. He was a devout member of St. Clement of Rome Parish in Sun City, Arizona. He was a clothing salesman for many years working for David Smith Company. Jack was a member of Soangetaha Country Club in Galesburg, he was an avid golfer and pitch player and he loved to hunt and work in his yard.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Joseph Glasman and Richard Glasman and one sister Peggy Walker.
Jack is survived by his wife, Jane Glasman of the home; two sons, Mike Glasman and his wife Debbie of Miami, Oklahoma and William Glasman and his wife Tracie of Wellesley, Massachusetts; five grandchildren: Jennie Glasman Butterfield, Jana Kelley, Brittany Burkholz, Abigale Glasman and Amy Glasman; and 5 great-grandchildren.
Private family services will be held. Arrangements have been placed in the care of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Miami, Oklahoma. Online condolences may be made at www.paulthomasfuneralhomes.com.
