Another crime of opportunity is excessive speeding in Sun City.

None of this will be deterred until we incorporate and have a full-blown police department able and capable to monitor and protect our community and property.

Union Hills Drive west of 99th Avenue has turned into a drag strip, and speeders and vandals alike know that there is no police.
